    Visit your nearest pub, open the app, scroll to “Loyalty Club,” and tap “Sign-up.” Don’t forget to add your birthday to unlock your birthday reward.

    Points accumulate instantly as soon as you register your account.

  • Where can I find my membership number?

    Your 8-digit loyalty number is in your sign-up email or in the Liberation app under ‘My Loyalty Membership.’

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, you can delete your account via the app or email info@liberationgroup.com.
    Please note cancellation forfeits all points and rewards.

  • What happens when I reach 500 points?

    500 points automatically convert to £5 credit in your account, and your points reset to zero.

  • What can I spend my points on?

    Redeem your currency rewards on food and drink at participating Liberation managed locations.

  • When do rewards expire?

    Currency rewards expire after 24 months. Birthday rewards are valid for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks before your birthday. You’ll receive email reminders 30 days before any points or rewards expire.

  • Can I update my personal details?

    Some details can be updated in the app. For username changes, email info@liberationgroup.com .

  • What if I forget to scan my loyalty membership?

    Send your itemised receipt and loyalty number to info@liberationgroup.com within 30 days to have points added.

  • I don’t have a smartphone. How do I join?

    Sign up online via our web portal and enjoy all the benefits here.

  • I forgot my membership number. How can I retrieve it?

    If you recently signed up for a loyalty membership and can’t find your welcome email, please email info@liberationgroup.com using the email address you registered with. The team will help you retrieve your membership number.

  • I’m having trouble resetting my password. What should I do?

    Check your junk or spam email folders for the passcode. If you still don’t receive it, try re-registering your details in the app. Click “Sign Up” and enter your information. When prompted with “Do you have a loyalty membership?” select “Yes” and enter your 8-digit membership number. This will register your card and restore access to your account.

Join online via our web portal and check your balance anytime. To earn points, simply show your 8-digit loyalty membership number to our team during your visit.
