Liberation loyalty club is our Liberation loyalty programme that enables members to earn points on purchases of food, drink, and accommodation at our participating locations.

Points are awarded as below:
2 points for every £1 spent on drink and accommodation
5 points for every £1 spent on food

These can be altered at any time without notice. When the 500-point threshold is reached £5 in account currency is automatically added to the member’s loyalty account. Currency rewards expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

To join the Liberation Loyalty Club, members must be residents of the United Kingdom or Channel Islands and over 18 years old. We will not be able to send communications to any guests under the age of 18 until they reached the appropriate age of consent.

To sign-up for a membership guest must do so online at https://www.liberationgroup.com/loyalty/. Points can only be redeemed once membership is completed and a membership number has been allocated.

 

THE CLUB

  • Liberation Loyalty Club is issued by and remains the property of Liberation Group, who reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the membership or points at any time, or to altered or amend the condition of operation of the Liberation Loyalty Club scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
  • Liberation Loyalty Club is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
  • Members may be removed from the club due to inactivity for a long period of time or any time at the discretion of Liberation Group.
  • Your Liberation Loyalty Club membership is not a credit account.

Special offers, updates, and invitations will only be communicated via marketing emails to loyalty members or via the Liberation app; therefore, marketing consent must be given during sign up to receive full member benefits. Without marketing consent, members can still earn points and receive rewards. To receive your birthday reward members must provide their date of birth.

 

POINTS

To earn points within our pubs, inns, and brewery shops (not including the online brewery) your digital membership must be presented at the time you pay your bill.

If you forgot your digital card at the time of payment, an itemised receipt can be emailed to liberationloyaltyclub@liberationgroup.com within 28 days. Please allow up to 5 business days for the points to be added manually.

You can earn points for any transaction where payment is made at any participating Liberation locations, over the phone with our central reservations team, or via our room booking system, for room stays and food and drink purchases. Points can only be added when a unique membership number or QR code within the app can be provided when the transaction is made.

  • You must at least spend £1 in a single transaction in a single transaction to qualify for points. Points are awarded as below
    2 points for every £1 spent on drink and accommodation
    5 points for every £1 spent on food.
    These can be altered at any time without notice.
  • Accommodation points are only earned when the booking is made directly with Liberation and not through a 3rd party site such as Booking.com.
  • The current redemption value of points is one-point equals one penny. This can be altered at any time without notice.
  • Points cannot be earned against purchases from the online brewery shop, gift cards, vouchers or experiences.
  • Points cannot be earned against purchases where in app or account reward currency is used as the payment type.
  • Points have no cash value.
  • Points can only be earned as set out in these terms and conditions.
  • Points cannot be pooled or shared with other members or transferred to other members.
  • Points & monetary value will expire 24 months after accruement.
    Please note: Points can only be earned from food and drink from our standard menus. Points cannot be earned for private event hire and weddings.

 

REDEEMING REWARDS

From time to time, we may offer selected members special rewards based on their card usage or other factors. Please let us know when you are claiming your reward at the time of booking or on arrival and you must present your loyalty QR code at the start of the transaction.

Redemption of these offers may have their own conditions in addition to those presented here. i.e. the reward/offer is available with the purchase of two main meals to qualify.

Rewards can only be redeemed once. Each reward has its own terms and conditions for redemption and its own expiry date. Reward expiry dates cannot be extended, and rewards cannot be reinstated.

Reward/Offer/Discount is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

These rewards, offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. They are only applicable to the loyalty member.

Room discounts or offers can only be used by the card holder and can’t be used for group bookings or booking for non-members. Any discount must be applied at time of booking and can’t be applied at check-out or post the stay.

Birthday Reward

If you sign up to Liberation in your birthday period, please bare in mind that your birthday reward will not be active for 6 weeks after registering with Liberation.

Birthday reward to be used once in the period of 2 weeks before your date of birth and 2 weeks afterwards.

 

EXPIRY AND CANCELLATION

All rewards, discounts, promotions and offers will have individual expiry dates that cannot be extended or reinstated. If a membership is inactive for a consecutive 36-month period we reserve the right to remove all points, rewards, privileges, and discounts.

We reserve the right to withdraw or change our loyalty programme at any time. This includes changes to how points are earned, how rewards are issued, what rewards are, and our processes. Members can cancel their membership at any time. If a membership is cancelled all points and rewards will be forfeited.

We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued points and rewards and/or suspend your right to collect points, redeem rewards and discounts, if you are in breach of these terms and conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your membership or if you supply false or misleading information to us.

 

LOST, THEFT OR DAMAGE

If you lose your card, phone, or have reason to believe someone else has access to or has used your card or membership account, you must let us know immediately for us to freeze your membership.

Liberation Group shall not be liable for points that are redeemed between the time the card is lost and receipt of a member contacting us.

In the event we suspect fraudulent activity on a member’s card, the card will be suspended, and we will contact the member via email to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

CONTACTING LOYALTY

All membership queries and complaints can be emailed to liberationloyaltyclub@liberationgroup.com We aim to reply to emails within 72 hours.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We would like to use the details from your membership, plus details on how you use your membership and what you buy in our pubs, to improve our services and send you offers that may be of interest to you.

We may share your details among companies and any businesses that may process Liberation Loyalty Club information on our behalf (e.g., printers who need certain details to print our mailings).

We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.

If you decide you would no longer like to receive these, you can amend your preferences by logging in to your Liberation Loyalty Club dashboard at loyalty.liberationgroup.com or via our app which is available through the Apple and Google app stores.

The Liberation Loyalty Club card promoter is Liberation Group, Cox’s Green, Wrington, Bristol BS40 5PA.
By joining the loyalty club, the member is pledging to be part of a community of likeminded, polite individuals. Any behaviour or communication deemed offensive, derogatory or abusive towards a member of the team, another member of the club, or a customer in a Liberation pub, will result in revoking their membership and suspending their card.

LIABILITY OF LIBERATION GROUP

Liberation Group shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.
