Data Protection Statement
We would like to use your details from your application, plus details on how you use your inndulgence club card and what you buy in our pubs, bars and eateries to:

Help manage the Liberation Group inndulgence club card and improve the way we run the scheme.

Understand our customers’ eating habits to improve our service and menus.

Unless you inform us otherwise, we will contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family. We may share your details among Liberation Group companies and any businesses that may process inndulgence club card information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings). We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.
The Scheme

The Liberation Group inndulgence club card is issued by and remains the property of Liberation Group, who reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card or points at any time, or to alter or amend the condition of operation of the inndulgence club card scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice.

All participants in the Liberation Group inndulgence club card scheme must be aged 18 years or over.

You will need to supply a current valid email address to receive statements when vouchers are not due in a particular period.

The inndulgence club card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person or organisation to whom the card was issued. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Liberation Group.

Your Liberation Group inndulgence club card can only be used at designated Liberation Group pubs, bars and eateries and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme. Your Liberation Group inndulgence club card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
Points

To earn points for a transaction in our pubs, bars and eateries, your Liberation Group inndulgence club card must be presented at the time you pay your bill.

Points will not be given for purchases made at any vending machines in the pubs, bars and eateries. Other items may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Liberation Group.

You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then two points will be awarded for every £1 that is spent on bar purchases including table wine, five points for every £1 spent on all food including teas, and coffees.

Points can be altered at the discretion of Liberation Group.

The current redemption value of points is one point equals one penny. Liberation Group reserves the right to vary the rate at any time. Where points can be earned at our partner companies, other Terms and Conditions may apply, please check with our partners for further details.
Vouchers

Rewards, in the form of Liberation Group inndulgence club card vouchers, will be mailed with a statement to card holders (excluding Hotel or Corporate card holders) who have accumulated at least 500 points by the end of each collecting period. Collecting periods may vary.

In the case of Corporate or Hotel membership a quarterly statement will be sent and a credit issued, on demand, to the participating Liberation Group pub, bar or eatery at which an advance reservation has been made (by the responsible person named on the account) for any type of meeting, meal or function. As long as it is on behalf of the Business or Hotel that holds the membership.

The level of reward given will be based on the total number of points that amember has earned by the end of the last day of a collecting period. Any points that a member has earned that fall between the level of reward and the next level will be “carried over” as the starting balance for the next collecting period. The reward levels are set in multiples of £5.

Members who do not reach the minimum number of 500 points needed to qualify for a reward by the end of the collecting period will have their

points total “carried over” to the next collecting period.

The Liberation Group inndulgence club card vouchers and coupons are and will remain at all times the property of Liberation Group, and may only usually be redeemed at participating Liberation Group pubs, bars and eateries in the Channel Islands. However, the vouchers may be used in exchange for inndulgence club card deals up to their face value as specified in the current inndulgence club card deals Terms and Conditions, or on other Liberation Group products and services as notified.

Liberation Group inndulgence club card vouchers can be used up until the expiry date shown on the vouchers. Vouchers will be redeemable on qualifying purchases at all participating Liberation Group pubs. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for any item supplied via a vending machine and no change will be given from any voucher or coupon.

Liberation Group inndulgence club card vouchers can only be used in the pubs, bars and eateries when presented in conjunction with a Liberation Group inndulgence club card bearing the same number.
General
The promoter of Liberation Group inndulgence club Card is Liberation Group, 19 Royal Square, Jersey, JE2 4WA Channel Islands. inndulgence club card is about helping you get more out of your experience at our pubs, bars and eateries as well as enjoying what our many partners have to offer.
It's important to us that you're happy with the service that you receive and we would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to companies outside the Liberation Group & parent companies for their marketing purposes.
We use your personal details to send you your inndulgence club card statement and any vouchers you've earned, approximately every three months. We also use your details to send you offers and information on things which might interest you. Of course, if you've told us you don't want Liberation Group to send you any other offers and information; we will only send you your statement mailing. However, this means you could be missing out on some of the major benefits of inndulgence club card, such as money-off coupons, special events and other exclusive offers.
In addition, if you've requested not to be contacted for research, we promise we won't bother you.
If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mailings, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
