SMALL BATCH BREW #2 – BUNGEE IPA

Bungee IPA (4.8% ABV) is a single hopped IPA, which showcases Jester, a modern British hop with a touch of the new world. Its fruity flavour balances well with the caramelised malts to produce a copper coloured rich beer, with a soft zesty aroma.

Taking the cue from the Jester Hop used in the beer, we wanted to honour the jovial nature of our hometown and the daredevils who, in 1979, took part in the world’s first bungee jump. Not only was it the first, but they did it off of the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge while wearing top hats and tails.
