From the outside it’s your archetypal country inn…step inside and the main bar and eating area offers a bespoke contemporary interior, with modern twists, creating a comfortable, relaxed dining and drinking atmosphere.

The menu offers imaginative food at reasonable prices, including traditional favourites, grills, Espetadas and scrummy puddings! The wine list is a bit different too, there are just three prices, but with plenty of choice including half litre carafes and an extensive list of wines by the glass. If wine’s not your thing, don’t worry, try a pint from the great range of continental lagers or the locally brewed Mary Ann beers or the cask conditioned award-winning Liberation Ale.

Outside there is a fabulous alfresco area, the perfect place to eat and drink on those warm sunny days, with a fire pit to ward off any early evening chill.
